Fill in a PDF form

Applications, declarations and order forms often come as interactive PDFs. Open one here and every fillable field is listed: text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons and drop-down lists. Type your answers and save a filled copy.

Tick "Lock the answers (flatten)" to turn the fields into normal page text, so the recipient sees exactly what you entered and it cannot be edited. If a PDF has no fillable fields, use Edit PDF and type on the page instead.

How to use it

  1. Drop the PDF form; its fields are read and listed.
  2. Fill in the values, and optionally choose to flatten the form.
  3. Save the filled form and download it, or open it in the editor to sign it.

Questions

My PDF has no fields. What can I do?

Then it is not an interactive form. Open it in Edit PDF and add text where needed; it ends up the same on paper.

What does flattening do?

It turns the form fields into ordinary page content. The answers stay visible but can no longer be changed in a PDF reader.

Can I sign the form too?

Yes. After filling it in, open the result in the editor and add your signature.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Fill PDF form runs in your browser on your own device, so your files never leave it. It is free, with no account, no limits and no watermark, and the code is open source (AGPL-3.0).
